Bank CES Administration Assistant - ScunthorpeNHS
Job summary
The North Lincolnshire Community Equipment and Wheelchair Service has administration bank work available, where you will join an existing team of administration assistants to support the service. This role will be based at Cupola Way, Scunthorpe.
Applicants must have experience of working within an office environment. A sound educational background and administrative experience is essential, with desired experience in a Health Service environment.
The hours available will be flexible depending on your circumstances.
Main duties of the job
To assist the administrative supervisor with general administration tasks to deliver a customer focused service, working both independently and within a team. Tasks will include making timely and appropriate appointments for technical staff and for the delivery and collection of equipment, processing referrals, responding to enquires, taking messages and updating the stock management system.
An aptitude for organisational systems including document control systems and Microsoft windows
The post holder will act as a point of contact for enquires for services users and external stakeholders and will need to ensure compliance with strict rules of Data Protection and Caldicott Guideline
