Main duties of the job

The job of a Night Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings is based in High Wycombe. The role doesnt require previous care experience, but it does demand compassion and the legal right to work in the UK. Agincare promises fully funded training and career development opportunities, even up to the QCF Level 5 qualifications. The responsibilities include high-quality personal care for residents, administering medication, and supporting daily activities. Care Assistants are expected to build relationships and engage with residents for their overall well-being, dignity, and independence. • Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Experience with medication is desirable
