Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant position at Agincare Homes Holdings offers a competitive salary of £13.46 per hour. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents at Hazlemere Lodge Care Home, assisting them with personal care, dignity, and independence, as well as administering medication safely and accurately. The successful candidate will contribute to and review care plans, lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement, and support and guide team members, taking on leadership duties when necessary. Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK and a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or be working towards Level 3). Experience in a senior or team leader role is desirable but not essential. A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities and experience with medication administration is essential.
