Are you an experienced retailer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to utilise those skills within a new environment?
Tourism remains a growing industry in North Wales, and attracts international attention and visitors into our county. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with the right attitude, excellent communication, sales and customer service skills to join our team.
Based across our two Tourist Information Centres in Conwy and Llandudno, you will be responsible for:
• Welcoming every customer to the store and delivering world class customer service
• Approaching all customers, building rapport to establish their needs
• Providing customers with visitor information i.e. transport options, what to do, where to stay and places to eat.
• Sharing your skills and knowledge with customers to promote the area, special events and attractions and products
• Selling the wide range of retail products and services offered in store and fulfilling online orders
• Completing sales correctly and efficiently at the till, and personally ensuring that every customer leaves the store having had a fantastic experience.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store standards
Building and developing your personal knowledge of the area, our products and services.
