Main duties of the job

We have a fantastic opportunity for three organised, detail-oriented LMS Administrators to join the EPR Training Team and support the delivery of MEDITECH Expanse Electronic Patient Record (EPR) training across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile digital transformation programme, gain hands-on experience with an enterprise-level learning platform and support learners and trainers across three acute NHS Trusts.

As an LMS Administrator, you'll help operate and maintain Totara, the Learning Management System used to coordinate EPR training for approximately 18,000 staff. You'll maintain users, audiences, enrolments and course records, produce attendance and compliance reports and provide first-line LMS and Training Helpdesk support. During classroom delivery,

each Administrator will support an allocated principal hospital site, helping learners and trainers and ensuring enquiries, incidents and attendance records are managed accurately and promptly.

• Flexible hybrid working model initially hybrid, with travel and on-site attendance across NWUHG sites required according to programme and operational needs. During the EPR classroom delivery period, on-site support will be required at the principal hospital site.
